The Team at James Giles Plumbing is one of the leaders in the Gas Industry covering Qld and NSW. 


We currently have a full time position available for Apprenticeships in Gas Fitting, Plumbing, Electrical and carpentry to join our Service teams based in Kilcoy, Goomeri and other locations working across Qld. 


– A high regard for safety, tidiness and housekeeping

– Highly motivated and organised

– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

– Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures

– Current Drivers Licence (Manual) and/or HR

– Good Communication skills

– Work in a flexible manner, available for planned and unplanned overtime shifts

– Be available to work at local, state and interstate wide.

– Other general duties as assigned and required.


Opportunity for overtime work.

Trade Opportunities

- Trade Qualified Type A & B Gasfitter
- Trade Qualified Electrician

We have full time position(s) available from time to time for Trade qualified Gas Fitters (Type A and Type B), Plumber & Gasfitters, carpenters, Builders, Boiler Makers/Welders, Electricians to join our Service teams based in Kilcoy and Goomeri working across Qld. 

Above award rates, with opportunity for overtime work.
Job tasks and responsibilities

At these times we would be seeking a proactive team member with the following attributes:
– Trade qualification in either: Plumbing & Gas / Electrical / Type A&B Gasfitting or Instrumentation
– High risk work licenses desired but not a must.
– Willingness to take ownership for work is a must. 
– Willingness to utilise your trade when needed. 
– Previous experience in your trade is essential 4years +
– A high regard for safety, tidiness and housekeeping
– Highly motivated and organised
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures
– Current Drivers Licence (Manual) and/or HR
– Good Communication skills
– Work in a flexible manner, available for planned and unplanned overtime shifts
– Be available to work at local, state and interstate wide. 
– Other general duties as assigned and required.
