Complete rebuild of the burner control panel & board and burner valve train, this also included thecomplete  installation of the gas system and the 7.5kl tanks 

Large heat treatment furnace rebuild in 2019.

Pilot Plant for a Rubber and rubish gasification reactor, used to turn rubbish into waste oil to be refined by other processes.

Replacement of large Maxon Natural gas fired oven burners in 90 gj/h oven

Gladstone city WWTP upgrade this project was completed with Aquatec Maxcon. Including Biogas Hotwater unit and Biogas flare along with piping systems and digester.

We had the honour to install and commission the new bio-gas flare and bio-gas pipework on a brand new world first anaerobic membrane bioreactor to turn sweet food waste into energy at a Ipswich based food compony designed by Aquatec Maxcon 

Install and commission Bio-gas flare at Gladstone Waste water treatment plant upgrade project designed by Aquatec Maxcon. 

Install LPG pilot and bio-gas pipelines to bio-gas flare on new Kawana Waste water treatment plant upgrade. (Unity water and Monadelphous). 

Install and commision 12gj/h LPG fertilising drying plant in Queensland, relocated from NSW. 

1200 to 1600 Degree Natural Gas furnace re-build and commission. 

Install and commission of this little unit on the coast of Queensland. 

Install and commission new thermal oil heating system. Used to make oils we eat in Queensland.

Install and commission as part of ANZAC day events. 

Install 24 gj/h Boiler in new boiler room for process steam. 

Design, Install and commission burner and electrical system for drying  citrus after washing.  

Modify and re-commission the steam boiler. 

Install and commission new bread oven, and modify to meet Australian Standards. 

Noodle Bath installation and commission

Install and commission 2x new timber dryers and modify gas and electrical controls to meet Australian Standards.

Design, Install and commission new gas and electrical system for new citrus dryer. 

Re-Design, upgrade, install and commission gas and electrical systems for existing fruit dryers. 

Replace burner and gas control system and convert facility from LPG to LNG. 

Upgrade and convert liquid LP grain dryer to LP vapour grain dryer to lower the risks of operating the appliance and maintaining the gas system. 

Install 2x Natural Gas Compression stations for Inteligas these stations compress the gas from 500 kpa to  35,000kpa of Natural Gas.

Install and commission the gas systems on 6 of these units around Queensland. 

Re-design, install and commission large 4 burner drying system including the gas, electrical and fabrications, this was also an energy saving project

Design, install and commission 2 small peanut dryers to a small nut grower. 

Install and commission new timber pallet dryer this included to modify the gas and electrical controls to meet Australian Standards. 

Upgrade small PSF citrus dryer to meet Australian Standards with existing burners and airflows.
